Uji Jade Matcha

Winter Yuzu Frost

Spun from rare Tokushima sugar cane syrup over fourteen days. Delivers an understated mineral depth that melts into warm molasses sweetness upon the tongue.

Infused with ceremonial first-flush tencha leaves stone-ground in Kyoto. Imparts a lingering vegetal umami calibrated to balance the intense natural sweetness of pure sucrose.

Cold-pressed peel from wild Kochi mountain yuzu suspended within crystallized sugar syrup. Releases an aromatic burst of alpine citrus oil with a brisk, crystalline crunch.
